Day 26 Friday, February 24, 2003
Our destination today was Pecos National Historic Park. It was only a 40 minute drive from Santa Fe. We arrived at the visitors center and watched a short video on the history of the area and the Pecos Indians. The museum wasn't open but we went on the 1.4 mile walk. On the walk we saw beautiful vista's, kiva, and the ruins of a Spanish Mission Church. We stopped at Frankie's in Pecos for lunch, DQ for an ice cream, and then went to DeVargas Mall just to check it out.
